We recently updated Formogram with a new feature that allows you to receive payments from users interacting with your online forms. Users can choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard or by bank direct payment.
Payment is safe and comfortable through the Swedish payment service Payson .
Payments for your forms are available for all accounts, regardless what plan you are on, and is ideal if you want to charge for events conferences, conferences, or just to sell goods in a fast and easy way.
How to get started
We have really made an effort to make it easy to enable payments in your forms in Formogram. To get started you just need to follow these three simple steps.
- Add the required fields for email address, first and last name in your form. Set all these fields as mandatory.
- Create a free account with the Payson payment service
- Enable payments for the form on your Formogram account by following the instructions on screen
Step 1 - Create the form
Create a new form or update an existing form and add fields the information you need from entry. The only thing you need to do to enable payments in the form is to include mandatory fields in the form to the respondent's first name (Textfield), last name (Textfield) and email address (email field).
When you are satisfied with your form (questions, settings, design etc.), to go back to the dashboard where you see all forms created on your account.
Step 2 - Create a Payson account
You need an account at Payson to receive payments. An account with Payson is free of charge. When you create an account, enter your email address as username.
Step 3 - Enable Payments
Click on Payments for the form in the overview at Formogram to get to the payments settings.
To enable payments for your form, you enter a few details about the payment you want to receive. Enter the email for your Payson account in the first field in of settings.
Enter a payment reference for the form.
The payment reference will appear in connection with the payment, and will be searchable in the Payson service when working with financial follow-ups for your form.
Enter the total cost of the payment and the preferred VAT percentage. The cost entered must include VAT, if applicable.
In the last step you specify which of the fields in your form that is used to make up the respondent's email address, first and last name. For the fields to be eligible, they must be marked as mandatory in the settings of each field, and be of the right type (textfields for first name and last name and email field for the email address).
Save the settings.
Payments are now enabled on your form and you are running.

How does it work?
Received money will be added to account with Payson. You can transfer money to you bank account at any time.
Payson and Formogram will add a commision for transactions made through the service. More details can be found under the Payments area in our Help Center.
